These settings will be required for email clients such as; Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla ThunderBird, Apple Mail, Eudora etc..
For standard / insecure email delivery / receiving please use the following settings..
Server Hostname – mail.yourdomain.com (For SMTP, POP3 or IMAP server names)
Server SMTP Port – 25, If your ISP blocks port 25 you may use alternate ports 26 or 2525
Server POP3 Port – 110
Server IMAP Port – 143 (recommended)
Enable SMTP authentication / Outgoing authentication
For secured email delivery / receiving please use the following settings…
Server Hostname – mail.yourdomain.com (For SMTP, POP3 or IMAP server names)
Server SSL SMTP Port – 465
Server TLS SMTP Port – 587
Server POP3 Port – 995
Server IMAP Port – 993 (recommended)
Enable SMTP authentication / Outgoing authentication
For secured email delivery, please select 1 of the 2 secure transport protocols (SSL or TLS). Clients such as Microsoft Outlook support both SSL and TLS secure transport protocols. Other clients may only support one.
If you have issues connecting to our mail systems and servers, please make sure the hostname and ports are correct as well as your credentials. If you still have connection problems please make sure that you have no firewalls, or security software blocking your clients outgoing connections.
